Unde si cum folosim condimentele

Compatibilitati
Condimentul corect pentru fiecare mancare este o chestiune de gust. Cand experimentati un condiment nou,sfaramati un pic din el si lasati-l sa vi se incalzeasca in mana; apoi mirositi-l si gustati-l. Daca este delicat,puteti fi mai indrazneti in folosirea lui. Daca este puternic si iute,folositi la inceput o cantitate mai mica. Daca nu aveti idee cum poate fi folosit un condiment orientati-va dupa lista de mai jos:
